David is a New Hampshire licensed land surveyor that has been involved in the surveying profession for over 40 years. He brings extensive experience in field and office operations and managing survey teams to Nobis. He has first-hand experience and understanding of land surveying procedures from the research and field survey work, to the drafting and preparation of final documents for recording. David has managed many different surveying projects in New Hampshire and has also overseen several under the supervision of a professional land surveyor in Maine and Massachusetts.

David served as the 40th President of the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association. He was the recipient of a NHLSA Presidential Citation in 2004, Surveying Excellence Award in 2009, Distinguished Service Award in 2011, and has been a Fellow member since 2011. He has served since 2022 as the New Hampshire Director of the National Society of Professional Surveyors. He is also the current Chairman of the NSPS Scouting Sub-Committee. David continues to be active in both the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors as well as participating regularly in local organizations.
He has also been involved with many community organizations. David is a current member of the Sons of the American Legion Alton Post 72 as well as the Winnipisaukee Masonic Lodge 75, and a member of the William Pitt Tavern Masonic Lodge, in Portsmouth, NH. He is also a Shriner with the Bektash Temple in Concord, NH. David served on the Alton Planning Board for 10 years.
David has resided in Alton with his wife for 24 years where they raised their four children. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
