Kristie joined Nobis in 2025.  With over 15 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, she is focused on marketing best practices, design, and mentorship. In her role as Director of Marketing & Strategy, Kristie leads Nobis’ marketing team by implementing streamlined processes, sharing new techniques, and helps leadership focus on strategic advantages and pre-positioning. Kristie is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and Notary Public for Massachusetts.

Life Outside of Nobis

Kristie is an active member of the Society for Marketing and Professional Services (SMPS) Boston Chapter.  She served as the Director for Professional Development from 2022-2024 and currently sits on four committees: Professional Development, Communications, CPSM, and Special Events. She is also serving as Communications Committee Co-Chair for the 2027 SMPS Northeast Regional Conference. Kristie has presented for local and regional SMPS programs, mostly focused on best practices for proposals and photo shoots. She was honored to receive the SMPS Boston Chapter’s 2026 Marketing Professional of the Year Award and 2024 Chapter Leader of the Year Award.

As a thespian, Kristie treads the boards as an actor and occasionally does publicity and costumes for local theatrical productions. She enjoys spending time with her four-legged companions: Ophelia (dog), Mercutio and Tybalt (cats), and Guinness (horse).
