Our employee stock ownership program (ESOP) means that our employee are part-owners of the company. Together we make decisions and take action to grow and continually improve our business because we all benefit directly from its success. The company’s financials, strategic plans, and company-wide goals are shared openly, so everyone can offer suggestions or get involved. Results have included overall company growth, employee growth, low employee turnover, repeat client business, and high employee participation in community service opportunities.

At Nobis Group, our core values are to help build better communities – in our work and our daily lives. With projects across the Northeast and three offices in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, Nobis is deeply involved in many local communities. We often see opportunities to help. To encourage our employees to give of their time and skills to help others in need, Nobis offers each employee 3 full paid days for community service each year. So far, we have contributed more than 30,000 hours of community service to more than 70 organizations. Nobis also commits a minimum of 5% of our net profits to charitable donations. Employee-owners volunteer as mentors and coaches, perform after-school reading programs, and volunteer with 70+ non-profit and charitable organizations that help with homelessness, hunger, addiction, finding cures for disease, veterans, and more.
