Troy is a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Maine with more than 40 years of experience in land surveying, civil engineering design, telephone engineering, and business development. Troy is the former President of Northeast Civil Solutions (NCS) where he managed day-to-day operations, and the former owner of a surveying/civil engineering firm specializing in the needs of the telephone industry.

Outside of work, Troy enjoys spending time with his grandson, hanging out with Luna the Goldendoodle, and playing guitar.
