Dan has 40 years of work experience in the land surveying profession. He started in 1985 as a field survey technician with Richard D. Bartlett & Associates, LLC. He later transitioned into an office role and served as a support person for field crews and office personnel. Dan became a licensed surveyor in 1996 and the firm’s vice president in the year 2000 and continues in that role. He has vast experience in client contact, budgeting, project management, administrative duties, CAD drafting, boundary decisions, expert witness testimony, construction layout calculations and personnel management. He will occasionally fill in on a field crew for boundary, topographic, and construction layout purposes if needed. Dan has been the lead deed research person for the last 38+ years and has been involved in high profile and residential boundary dispute court cases in different capacities. He also is responsible for processing nearly all field data. Having worked on hundreds of surveys, he has served as project manager for numerous successful commercial, residential, and municipal projects over the course of his career. His specialties include deed research, boundary determination, and project management.
