There is nothing more rewarding than collaborating with a team of awesome people to accomplish something for our clients, the community, or our employees.
Ken started at Nobis in 1989 as a staff civil engineer. Along with the growth of the company, Ken’s career grew from staff civil engineer, to head of the civil engineering department, to vice president of operations and finally his current role as President and CEO. Ken is responsible for overseeing all business aspects of Nobis, including leadership development, recruiting, merges and acquisitions, facilities, and workplace culture. Ken is passionate about creating a strong employee-owned culture that delivers outstanding service to clients, and fosters an environment of collaboration and teamwork amongst Nobis’ employees. Ken is particularly proud of Nobis’ strong commitment to give back to the community and really enjoys seeing the impact over the years with many great organizations like CATCH, the Friendly Kitchen, both the Lowell and Concord Boys and Girls Club, and the United Way.
Life Outside of Nobis
Ken enjoys spending time with his family and pets. He likes to stay active bike riding, Nordic and downhill skiing, hiking, or just taking a walk in the woods with his dog. He is always looking for a new adventure that often involves travel to some place new in the world.
